# Description

Before a category signoff user or a permit sign off user signs a permit they may choose to request that the requestor updates some details in the permit. When this happens the permit enters the Changes requested state. The permit is essentially paused until the requested changes are made.

The permit requestor may update the permit at this stage, in which case any existing category signoffs will be void and the permit will revert back to the Pending category signoff state.

If the permit has never been Approved, the requestor may choose to Cancel the permit. Otherwise the requestor will have the option to Close out the permit.
