# Description

When the permit has been signed by all required permit signoff users, the permit will enter the Approved state.

TIP

If a permit is approved after the permit start time and no permit holder is required, it will skip this stage and become Active.

# Permit requestor

If one or more progression categories are assigned to the permit, the permit requestor may choose to Progress the permit. The permit will go back to the Pending category signoff stage.

They may choose to Cancel the permit at this stage, provided it has never been active.

Any permit signoff users will have the option to Revoke the permit.

# Permit holder

If the permit is in its time validity window and one or more permit holders have been defined for this permit they will be able to Hold the permit, making it Active.
