# Description

If a permit has close-out categories assigned to it, these must be reviewed and signed off before the permit can be Completed. During this time the permit will be in the Pending close off state.

Users assigned to any close off categories will be able to review and Sign their categories. When all signatures for all categories have been collected, the permit is then Completed.
